Turbo radiators (and some JDM NA models) use a slightly wider radiator. This can mean the NA fans don't fit quite as well

Depends on YOUR definition of quick and what you use the car for / how you drive. A failed head-gasket is an interesting one - the 3S-GE isn't known for damaging them. As noted above, would be worried its a cooling related issue, which has damaged the (difficult to find) cylinder head
