I have just done this myself i used a heat gun to warm them up and simply peel off, then i used clear double sided tape to stick it back on, easy.

Ive noticed my ignition barrel is sticking when i goto turn turn the key it does nt want to move but once it turns its seems fine, this only seems to happen first thing, yet once it has turned it seems fine, does anyone know what kind of job it is to replace and can i just buy the barrel or is it th...

Just use a hairdryer - I have removed a number of decals of the years with one of these.

Hairdyers don t get hot enough, if decals come off with a hairdryer, then chances are they would just peel off with your fingers anyway..

Why not buy a turbo engine cover, as it has a better (plastic) rain cover underneath which would keep out water and enhance your car too, they go for about £50 on ebay.... just a thought.

Yep best way is to buy a heat gun (b&q) and gently warm them up and peel off..

Never heard of having to cut out the old dials.

Why not mod it subtly like i have done, id get some diffrent wheels on it to start with, then perhaps some clear lights, don t go ott thou mate makes it look chavy !
