Wheel nuts

Post by peenee »

Should the rear nuts, be longer than the front nuts for standard rev3 5 spoke wheels, as i bought a set of 16 they were all the same length, yet they sit a little deeper in the wheel holes on the rear.

is this purely for a cosmetic look, so that they are flush with the plastic centre, as when i tightened them up there was plenty of thread, just a bit more awkard to do up, as they sat deeper into the wheel.
