Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] wheel cleaners?
might give wonder wheels a blast then just that i went into halfords to look at what they had and everything had warnings on the back saying dont use on chrome/ mirror finishes, un laquered, or split rims but if you say it worked on your exhaust should be ok.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] When clutch engages it makes a funny high pitched whirring/humming
mine has always made a whirring noise for 3 years dosent seem to be a problem, i noticed that mine does the same DAVE81. When sitting in neutral in on start up it will move forward slightly and repeat to do so if i dip the clutch and bring back up the car will move.

Re: Temperature not right
i did this a couple of weeks ago and have to say it was verry easy. Just removed the intercooler pipe and used a socket on a extension bar, piece of p1$$. both bolts are easily accessable from the top.

Re: [Mk2 Turbo] Rear Break Piston Conspiracy!!!!!!
i had the same prob with mine after changing the pads on the rear and tried the 180 turn lots of times to no avail. I later found out that the handbreack cable was actually seazed on the one side and replaced it and all was well. just a thaught? might be your problem.
