Mk3 ones fit perfectly, I have one fitted to my own spare (which is a mk3 alloy).

Try your local breakers for one off a mk3 mr2 roadster. You should get one pretty cheap.

I need to paint (spray) the metal windscreen trims on my mk1 and wondered if anyone knows what colour/shade black is a good match to origonal? Preferably using an aerosol.

Thanks Kev, I definately have 12v at the last connector under the centre console with the service link wire in, which by-passes everthing which should allow the pump to run to pressure up the fuel system. I have a spare tank and pump that I have checked, so it looks like I'll be lying under the car ...

Anyone got any ideas to save me some work? I finally got my car delivered back from being painted (which only took about four months!) and the fuel pump doesn't appear to be pumping.
