Re: Fully Synthetic Engine Oil
Car has 58K miles from new Frank Am also thinking of using Dextron III ATF in the transaxle If the car already drove 58K miles with 10W40, I would stick to 10W40. As Jiveman told, you have the external oil seals (crankshaft, camshafts and distributor) but also the internal seals (valve seals). If y...

Re: Fully Synthetic Engine Oil
Hello Peter, What is the mileage of your car? If you always used 10W40, I wouldn't change the oil to synthetic one. There is a big chance if you do it, your oil consumption will be higher than your average fuel consumption! It is more effective to use half-synthetic from a good brand (Castrol...

The weather was a little windy today but not so bad after all Paul! Ideal weather to try some of the Meguiars stuff on my car. Still can't believe I rubbed the bodywork with a piece of clay and some expensive water with a "Meguiars smell"!! :) But the result wasn't so bad, unfortuna...

Hello,
I have a little restoration project of my AW11 I want to share with you guys. But apparently, I have not enough posts for the pictures.
Fortunately, I have saved everything in a Word document!
Can someone help me out with this problem or do I need to make more posts?
Thanks,
Frank
