anyone had their keyed bodywork sorted for cheap as chips?
some little tLIrds scratched up the rear offside quarter panel to the primer and the roof behind the t-bar.
perhaps its best to use a colour code MrT pen and fill in, then T-cut polish it back?? any ideas??

Slowly upping the boost on my rev2, what plugs should i use? Re: [All] [Generic] fuel 102RON
Ok, has anyone used tin pellets or tin pellet in line stuff based on technology used in WWII planes needing better fuel when in Russia?
Do you think the 102 is Research rating rather than Road rating (Ron) apparantly there is a big difference.
any noticable change BRY? apart from your wallet.

[Mk2] [Turbo] sneeky squeak?
Anyone had a strange squeak outside when they lift off throttle or apply the clutch, only after setting off until things warm up? pretty odd i thought.

Could changing the ecu temp sender cause enough of an airlock to send the temp gauge squiffy?

[Mk2] [Turbo] what amp?
Thinking of getting a set of infinity kappa components, can anyone advice whether i should amp them?
I already have an alpine V-power i think it is 150W 4channel that i bridged for a 300W rockford fosgate sub a couple of years ago. Will this work? Is it necessary? the head unit runs a whopping 4x60W.

I am ashamed, no matter how many excuses i can come up with in this post the fact my rear tires were completly bald is a reflection of my idiocy. 1) Having driven a rev 1 NA and lost the tail a couple of times, in this rev 2 I thought the tires were in pretty good condition - nope...the seams were s...

Re: rolling road data...?
yeah, thats true, overall tempted to throw in the rev2 towel and head for a rev3 as a starting base. what stopped you from upgrading to rev3?
surely the money needed to get the rev2 to a stable 15psi, and its 'so called' 220whp, you might as well go rev3 then increase boost form there.

Re: rolling road data...?
hit 180whp at 13psi, exhaust, stock cat in place, apexi induction...
I assume you used an mbc to get 13psi, why not go to 15?
did you get the strange farting noise with the AFM valve shutting after putting the apexi induction kit on?

Re: rolling road data...?
yep, apexi induction (including b*oody goose honk noise) and an apexi exhaust are on there, with (one of the?) cats removed. might put the standard airbox back on this afternoon, felt more pokey than with the induction kit.
mbc and fcd are my plan depending on engine condition.
