Does anyone have any experience of fitting Sound deadening to a Mk2 mr2. Need to reduce engine and road noise. Have just had my Greddy TD05 full reconditioned, (fins, bearings, seals etc) and now my head gaskets gone, thinking of stripping the car and want to know how much I'm likely to get for this. Only done 30 miles since recon.
Any ideas

I Just wanted to say a big thank you to Paul and the boys at Woodspoort in Durham. Managed to get myself stranded in Newcastle with ignition problems last weekend. Really grateful for the help guys,
Going to get the Polisher from my earlier post and some 3m finesse as suggested by Carlos.

Thanks Again

Cheers for the links mate,
Going to get them and give it a go myself, I'm sure as long as I stay away from corners I'll be fine.
Will post pics of results
Sounds like a good idea, I don't mind putting in the work, onlt problem is, as the car has had a respray I'm a bit frightned of exposing old paint work if I cut back too much.

Hi,
Need a recomendation for someone to mop my cars paintwork. The car has been sprayed a couple of years ago and has some nasty swirl marks I want removing. Live in Liverpool but happy to travel anywhere in N/W for a good job
Cheers
Steve
Hi you wont damage the paintwork when you remove the wrap, as for stone chips, you would have to replace the wrap on the affected panel if it was bad. It costs about as much as a basic blowover and will look better probably, but is a good idea if you are going for a drastic colour change like matt b...
Have you concidered having the car wrapped in vinyl, costs about £800 for a decent job, will last 3-5 years and if done properly will look perfect. Also protects the paintwork and is easily removed if you get bored. Could'nt find a mr2 but this porker looks nice http://i194.photobucket.com/albums/z3...
