[Mk2] [Turbo] Strange Rattle Help!!!

Hi all, My Tubby has developed a rattle that i can't track down. It only occurs at low revs, low speed when the car is moving, it's not the engine becuase if I drop the clutch when the rattle is going it stops, also it can't be heard when the car is not moving. It sounds like metal on metal to me, I...

Re: Japfest anyone?

I should be heading up there too, from Salisbury. Not tracking it though, too risky and not good value for money either.

I plan to get tickets on the gate, what time would be advisable to get there for do you think lads/ladies?

[Mk2] [Turbo] Best route for fitting bucket seats?

Hi all, I am looking to fix some bucket seats into my tubby, had a quick search on here and it would seem this aint straight forwards. My main aims are to reduce my body movement when out on track and maybe reduce the weights of my car a little too! I am going to do both seats and I would like to be...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Lowering Springs, what sort do you rate?

Will post some pic's shortly... Very happy with the drop level, car feels sooo much better, much less roll and feels much better under braking too. Only problem is the state of the roads in Salisbury, the pot holes are a killer!

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] rev 2 to rev 3 conversion

Hi mate,

I had mine converted a while back and I think you are best off going for the complete rev3 loom tbh, makes life much easier as I understand.

Good luck with the swap.

Re: Llandow Track Day

Wicked day out, cheers James for putting the effort in to sort this out =D> =D>

The track was a lot more fun that it looks on paper and the staff were all great. I will post the few pics I have up later this evening.

Well worth the trip and it was good to meet a few Imoc'ers.

Re: Berk IC Fitted, what a difference!!

Can't wait to get out on the track later this month for a proper blast!!! Was up a Thruxton yesterday watching some F3 (Senna Jr) and all that racing has me gaging to get on a track again, still not long till the Imoc Llandow day now, should be a good day (as long as it's dry  ).
