Not picking up any knock on the hand commander, but when the engine starts to hunt i have been turning it off because something really isnt right and i didnt want to cause any damage.

No improvment with the settings changed to what the should be using 540 as previous injector size.

stock injectors are 430cc aren't they? well so the information i found on google led me to believe anyway. I will change them now to the correct setting.

53.75 and 0.20 for the latency is what the injectors are set for. I cant check for error codes because i have a pfc plugged in and cant use my standard ecu because of the bigger injectors. That sorted it! Cheers lads, chopped the plug off, cut the wire back (was a bit corroded) and connected into the sensor with some spades and code 24 was gone!! woop woop!

Take the wheel off and see if you can locate the knocking noise, keep an eye out for split ball joints and obvious wear.
