Best bet would be to make the brackets outta Alloy or Hard Nylon, just finished making some fully custom radiator mounts outta high temp Nylon as I replaced the rad with an aftermarket one, typically who ever makes them is good at alloy welding but crap at putting the mounting lugs in the right place.

Actually just had a look round, the only thing I can find is Premium Membership, presume you mean that?

Also looked through the FAQ, can't find "affiliation" or anything relating to that there, will PM the admin unless you know off the top of your head.
