I've contacted someone I know who used to make some for me. Hopefully he still does them. He will require the bore size of the wheel and hub diameter to get them exact, if you can get me that info I'll see what he says.

Any local machine shop should be able to knock them up. But its normally at a premium cost cos they can't do a run of them. Manual turning should be cheaper as no programming costs. I would guess 90 mins max for a batch of 4 from a single billet.

yeah the premium is my worry, dont want to spend a fortune on these so hoping someone would know somebody that does this often and hopefully a bit cheaper

a very good place we use at work is " autopart " they cusom drill and make wheels, they have a website aswell or you can give them a ring and ask for tony and say jamie from fuelzone said that he maybe able to help

if not try image wheels as they do all sorts of custom wheels from bead lock to billet

hope this helps mate

Yep if you are referring to Adam, he's the guy I have contacted.

He's been a bit quiet on TB at the moment, I think he's a little busy.
Havn't heard back from him yet altho I'm sure he'll soon be along.

maybe an idea (and cheaper?) to get the very start of the wheel centres bored out to something like 63.4mm, at which point you can use something like this;

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Spigot-Rings-OD-6 ... 286.c0.m14

obviously depending how much a set of custom spigot rings would set you back :)
