The closest rotors to what you need are ST165 celica fronts or SV21-25 camry fronts.

I went with the camry ones as they are
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
+-0.1mm the same height as MK1b fronts.

I didn't account for pad carrier thickness increase though so that's maybe why ST165 rotors might be the best fit
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
(they sit 1.5mm closer to outer pad).

So not only would 25mm rotor make it more like 1-2mm space in the inner side, but outer would be more like 4-5mm.

With ST165 it could be 2.5-3.5mm inner, 2.5-3.5mm outer right? Looks like i'll need 3mm aluminium spacers

(they can't be made any thinner; maybe laser/water jet cut from sheet ali)

+ 1.5mm shim between caliper carrier and hub

My installation however is still a work in progress so I have many surprises ahead I guess.

Code: Select all
Dia Thick Height Hub Hat ID Hat OD PCD Holes
AW11 MR2 258 22 42,1 54 131 141 100 4
Camry SV21-25 255 25 42 54 131 141 100 5
Celica ST165 255 25 40,5 54 131 141 100 5
-Height means the dimension between inner rotor friction surface (facing the inner pad) and inner hat surface (where it touches the wheel hub); so it doesn't take the hat's thickness into account

EDIT: A little footnote.
![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)
I haven't found brembo diagram for mk1b so i have nicked mk1a dimensions thinking they are the same with different diameter and thickness only.

If not, all I have just written is a lie!
