I think the TRD LSD's were manufactured by OS Giken, you could try contacting them.

The GTS-T wheels have an inner diameter of around 34cm where the brake discs/calipers sit, further inwards they do taper outwards to a bigger diameter on the rear face.

OK, thanks for checking that. Not exactly sure how to interpret that information. For background, the car is a 1994 REV3 NA 3S-GE. Does that mean this is the wrong ECU for the car? OK. So I removed the ECU, which wasn't actually bolted on, so I suspect has definitely been changed. Part number 89661-17500. Opened it up and everything inside looks fine. No bulging capacitors or obviously failed components and no burning smell. Removed the coil and ignitor. Ignitor is 89621-1602...

The bolt on mine that presses against the BMC is a lot longer than that. I would also thread a nut and washer onto the long bolt to lock the 2 blue arms together.

I've got axel stands so can take two wheels off at a time but not all four. If so am I best of doing front or rear first or does it not matter? I'm thinking along the lines of bleeding the old fluid out? Jack up the front remove the calipers then fit the wheels back on, then do the same on the rear...

The rear inner and outer sills are a common issue now given the age of them.
