Yes you can and do use the 1zz engine loom, you then add the two wires for the lift solonoid and one for the lift oil pressure sensor. Best of luck with your swap

Re: Head Gasket (Probably a silly question)
running lean and detonating will kill forged pistons almost as easy as regular cast pistons, not as simple as fitting the forgies and thats it,you need the fuelling and means to control it. 18psi on a rev2 even with forgies is a recipe for disaster unless you uprate the fuelling and management to go ...

Re: [Mk2] [Generic] Rogue engine fans.
Dragging up an old thread I know (shows I use the search function  ): I have removed the engine lid sensor and used it for my intake air temp sensor (pre turbo). iirc, disconnecting this sensor makes the IC fan permanently on, but in my case, I have no IC fan. So, now I have some Rogue engine ...

That will be it,bit of size difference between a td06 and a t67,had to use a spacer on the turbo outlet so the hose would fit

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Aiming for 400whp, advice sought please
It was a bit weird taking an angle grinder to my car  but ultimately it will be worth it,i'd love to take that T67 off your hands but i'm skint to put it bluntly, love the reaction every time i open the boot and somebody sees the IC and pipes  it's a cross between OMG and 'are you mad?'...

Re: Thread pitch of the oil return
I don't know the answer to your question but I know it's different between rev1&2 and rev3 onwards! I think it's actually covered in one of Ant's threads. I'll see if I can find it. Edit: Here you go http://www.imoc.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=128005&highlight=thread+sump Brilliant, just wh...

Re: Thread pitch of the oil return
Aah. What turbo are you running? Have you got the oil feed sorted yet? I've got a -4AN hose to feed the GT and need to attach it to the block. Apparently the thread size of that (rev2 block) is M18 x 1.5mm. I can't get an M18 to -4AN connector, but can get M18 to -6AN then -6AN to -4AN. Not sure if...

Yes the moroso came on the forged engine i bought from Cantfindausername but i'm guessing the fitting was sold with the GT35r turbo kit which i didn't have enough cash for
