okay just an update for all those who offered help....after scouring a few breakers and finding MANY variations of connector blocks we decided to bite the bullet and get a friend who has the local garage to wire stereo in...hate to give up but this car is just tooooo quiet LOL. Headlamp Bulbs on a mk2
okay looks like the mark 2 std headlamp bulbs are about as much use as a chocolate t-pot (just like my old ST185) ...am I right in thinking that the replacements are H4 bulbs and does anyone have any recommendations for replacements/suppliers????

Thanks for that ...looks like he has only chopped the stereo block off.... the phono plugs are still there. I have a JVC head unit that has phono plugs (line in ,line out and sub woofers) on it so I think I am right in thinking I only need the original bock....does this sound right ?? and thanks ver...

Apart from the very minor weight saving lol, there aren't any pros that I can think of..... As for cons, the car will lean more in corners (perhaps offset by the stiffer springs slightly) and have a tendancy towards understeer. Sure, no worries. Easiest way to tell is whether you have subwoofers behind the seats in the cubby boxes. If you fold the seats forward you'll be able to see if the cubby boxes behind them have speaker grills on or not. Another giveaway is whether your windscreen has two thin vertical black lines r...

Hi toxo ... I bought the iso plug but when it came to fitting some muppet had chopped the toyota block off the loom ...am new to MR2's so not sure which system it has ...can you advise how I can tell please???

does the engine temperature gauge get halfway or stuck down the bottom? does the car have enough coolant in it? if yer tbars are leaking there are plenty of fixes, try the rubber seal replenisher - spray on the seals and let it soak in to help puff the seals back up.
