It seems that my reverse lights blowing is caused by the reverse light switch located on the gearbox.. well coming from a couple of mech i know.. I just had a clutch change so maybe thats when it happened.. I could change/fix it myself if i knew where it was or i could bring it back to the mech that...

Ive just got one of these second hand. Got the front s-techs and droplinks done. The nuts and bolts were nice and easy to remove. To be honest the first side took 3 hours to do due to me being careful...prob too careful. the opp side took 30mins lol! Ive next week off and i have a box of s-tech springs, new droplinks, braided lines, disks, pads, new lights, oil filter and oil.

Im gonna do the springs first.
Any input for the DIY mech?

Hi, prior to geting a new clutch, decat and driveshaft installed i ran my MCB at .8/9 bar. The car boosted fine. there is a real crunch when the wheel rotates.

Its being picked up tomorrow and brought to a mach for the clutch change planned for today.
Changing the clutch will actually give better access to this prob.

Ill update, with the fix.

Thanks, i havent got a photo yet as it was dark when i got home last night and i have no torch (maplins today!!) the bolt that is missing is the left hand side one of the two black bolts on the driveshaft in this picture. i will get an actual real picture today. http://www.mr2turbo.info/pics/rearsus...
