Re: lowering springs

Hi, My car with trd springs. Pressure in the front tire is quite low! http://img684.imageshack.us/img684/6540/sdc11489c.jpg It's works perfectly with illuminas, but I want to go lower. I don't really want to use coilover. So I'd like to buy a spring which lowers more than this one. I know I'm crazy,...

Hi, Previously I found some picture about cleaning this white dust from the interior door handle, but I can't find it anywhere now. Are there anybody who knows where it is? Re: Brake pads for track

I think I should buy Yellowstuff or Carbotech. But I don't know which carbotech compund should I use? Are there anybody how used carbotech? Which rotor is good for them? I use carbotech XP8's and the cheapest rotors I can buy, I go through rotors quicker than the pads (which is good as the rotors a...

Re: Brake pads for track

Hi, I decided that I don't make a big brake conversation now. It wasn't an easy decision. So I'd like to buy a good pad and a rotor then. I think I should buy Yellowstuff or Carbotech. But I don't know which carbotech compund should I use? Are there anybody how used carbotech? Which rotor is good fo...

Re: More geometry setting questions...

I'd say run zero toe-in on the front, ie parallel. Makes the car more 'pointy' and easier to turn-in though MK1s always understeer and aren't renowned for a good turn-in. As Garrick says there is a limit to how much camber you can achieve with the standard camber bolts. I found swopping them from s...

Re: More geometry setting questions...

I don't think - 2.5 is possible on the AW11 without adjustable topmounts or other suspension mods. Also the stated hot temperature is too hgh for the AW11. running 32+ psi hot on the MR2 makes for the tyres to go off far too quickly. You'll find after about 15 minutes grip levels seriously reduce. ...

Re: More geometry setting questions...

I am currently running our track car the following Front toe-in (on 15" wheels) = 1.2mm total approx Rear toe-in (on 15" wheels) = 2.6mm total approx Front camber = -1.0 deg Rear camber = -1.5 deg Castor = approx 5.5 deg It's a vast improvement on how it used to handle. It still suffers a...

Re: Super Charger Big Pulley Kit?

hi! My friend just purchased a technotoytuning pulley kit, for his 4agze. Now we realized the crankshaft pulley doesn't contains any rubber dumper inside, therefore we are afraid that crankshaft can damage. Does your car's work well with the upgrade pullies? How many miles have you made with them? T...
