Just had all the bodywork it needed done and it's at Pacific Works today for all new suspension. Next up is retrimming the seats and a few other bits but... where have peps taken to get their cars done in the past and at what sort of cost? If you'd like to post pics all the better. Did you do yourself or was it the work of professionals. What sort of cost? It seems I could buy good leather seats from a rev 4/5 for about £300. How does retrimming compare?£500ish to have both seats completely re-trimmed, probably gonna go down this route myself eventually. Reckon I can get excellent 2nd hand standards if I keep my eyes open for £300ish. May have to go this route by the looks of it.
......interesting, thx. Not the colours I'd want but it does start to put some pricing in perspective. Anybody else out there had a full retrim?.. £525 for seats and doorcards in leather (backs of seats PVC as they are on the originals... another £50 gets leather backs). £20 for a gaitor..... Hmm, got some thinking to do.£125 for seat backs in leather, not £50.(http://www.glamouride.co.uk/) the ones on the website are general purpose, but they do made to measure IE from a pattern for most cars inc MR2's.
