really i'm just waiting on affiliate status, once i have that i'll start taking orders for the first batch of 10.

When i have that i'll order all the parts needed which will probably take a few weeks for the pcbs.

The display really is integrated into the unit and not designed to be remote located, however it is plug/socketed so a slightly longer cable could be used but not very long, maybe 200mm tops. This would be something an owner would do 'at their on risk'

I think Welsha's excited about this!

Ive got a specific IAT gauge that uses a themocouple and it seems to give totally different readings to what i got with Mr Welsh's thermocouple and multimeter combo, need to try them back to back and see whats happening!

yea i think so... i only wish i could sell them at the moment!!

if someone is really desperate i do have one of my prototypes available to buy

incedentally, i have seen some differences in readings from different thermocouples. I've also seen multimeters with k-type input with big errors so dont believe everything you see.

Thats why i'm keen to try this, it seems the multimeter is more accurate than the circa £200 gauge built specifically for the job!
What are the proto's like, are they on breadboard or a proper PCB with the k-type sockets on it? PM me with how much you'd be after for one, i might try and build one into the dash somewhere!

it pumps but it aint cooling lol. Shish's unit will allow me to monitor the water temps at the same time as the air so hopefully provide a solution to the problem I'm having.
