I'm cruising along the A24(?) past Rykers at Boxhill, Surrey, when I see the familiar front of a 911 two cars behind.

Next thing I know, he's undertaken the car behind me and pulls up along side on the left.

He gives a cheeky look over and boots it.

Down into second I go, and the turbo pulls like a train.

He's got the run on me as we approach the first twin-laned roundabout.

Round we go, but he's taken it a lot more conservatively than me and I find myself sneeking up the inside, tyre struggling for grip on the bumpy tarmac, and out the other side.

Foot hard down and into third, I can see the dark blue GT2 pull past me on the inside again.

He's got the power over mine, but he's not gaining like I thought he would.

Before we brake for the next roundabout, he's three car lengths

(about 1/5 mile between roundabouts).

Again he brakes earlier than me and takes it slower.

I'm on his bumper coming out but again he pulls a few car lengths ahead by the tonne.

At this point I know he's not going to be caught so I back right off, and am greeted with a flash of his hazzards.
