info on where you got the AP's from mate and if it was a direct fit or something you made up yourself

Bought the disc's and calipers second hand and fabricated some brackets to suit the car, fairly easy job really but the disc's and calipers cost a fortune! #-o

The only way it couldnt be out is if you up sized the discs front and rear the same ratio and the pistons on the front 4 - pots were of the same displacement as the 2 pot standard calipers, all of which is possible.

Yeh, the balance is out on the car very front heavy. I have a brake balance kit I want to fit along with rev 3 brake master cylinders.

If you can lock your wheels or cycle the ABS on the track then your brakes are fine. With a gen2+ set of brakes all I would add would be braided hoses, some decent dot 4 or 5.1 fluid and good pads like Mintex 1166s.

What you need to change is the OTHER friction point in the braking process. The tyres.
