Bob, do you do the handbrake adjustment with the engine running or does it not matter? I've never heard of this tip but must give it a go.
Cheers, michael.

With engine running push hard down on the pedal. This takes out all the free play in the pads and lets the adjuster wind out.

You must make sure the handbrake is not too tight and the leaver on the calliper returns to its stop with handbrake off, this will then let the auto adjustment work.

That's for that, where exactly is the outlet pipe on the Rev1 master cylinder?

I've had this problem twice after changing my front pads. (No fluid change) On both occasions ive had to have an adjustment made to the brake pedal. The push rod I think?

No, the pushrod is the link to the pedal.
In front of the fluid reservoir there is a pipe with a tube nut on it, get someone to press the pedal and hold it, then loosen tube nut about 1/2 turn or till fluid comes out, retighten it when pedal is at bottom, and repeat till there is no air in fluid. Have some old rags to catch fluid, and keep off paintwork.

It's the rod that goes from the pedal the same as you have on the clutch.
