For those with Koni Adjustables - what setting do you use?

Post by emrrtwo »

had them on current and previous car set somewhere in the middle, never really altered them so just wondered what other people have them set at.

Mainly for road use but interesting to see what people alter for track use too

Cheers

I would set em to full hard .... see what that's like

Then to full soft .... ditto

Then progressively adjust to intermediate settings :-k

I always found full hard to much for our roads. The ride was crashy and the rear would lift to much on bumps. I use to run them half way, kept the car flat while remaining comfortable.

About halfway on front and rear. Stiffen up the rear to full stiff for track use.

+1 with Lauren.

Hard is far too uncomfortable for our roads.

However I did try it before my belt snapped along with the MK2 ARB and it was awesome! My back felt awful though!

A quick search seems to suggest that the dampers are still available individually but the SSK appears to be no longer listed anywhere that I could see.
