Ive no idea about swapping the looms but all the wiring you need should already be there you just need to use a multimeter to find it.

For the power side of things there will be,
A permanent 12v
a switched 12v
an earth
a 12v switched by the lights
a wire going to the aeriel to raise it

(remote)

Thats the 5 used on a standard power iso plug.

On the other standard iso plug are the 8 wires for the speakers, there in 4 pairs, 1 pair to each door and 1 pair to the crappy speakers in the b posts.

To find them with a multimeter you only need to know how to use the dc volts setting and the continuity setting or resistance settings if your unit doesn't have continuity.

All 13 wires should be behind the stereo already you just need to dig around to find them you'll also need access to the speakers to continuity test there wires.

Then its just a case of cutting and tidying them all up and soldering them to iso connectors
