BRAND NEW Enkei RPF1s

ive been searching low and hi for some wheels to replace the Work rims for the last 18months, nothing ever came up i was happy to buy and refurb, or they were less than ideal offsets, or in 16s etc. the RPF1 ive had my eye on for some time, but i could not justify the spend on brand new JDM rims, but recently i thought sod it, and finally took the plunge!
hopefully the sale of my Work wheels and the Atechs i have will go some way at least to cover some of the cost for these.

EXTREMELY light for 17s, even lighter than forged TE37s!
had them on the scales, 7.1kg all round.

specs are
17x8, et35, 17x9 et35.

my only fear now is getting tyres on it without damaging them!

yea go to somewere with a policy if they damage they pay for refurb thats what i always do and only ever had to have 1 fixed once

not sure when theyll go on though, least you can test fit yours and get some nice pics before swapping those tyres you mentioned.
ill have to make do with photoshop for now until the weather gets better.

My works are driving me insane for cleaning at the mo! Have been thinking about replacing them but really dont know what with!

Wheels shouldn't get marked putting tyres on, as you can mount them by hand, you only use the tyre machine to secure the wheel, just make sure the secured by the outer rim.
They just push on, it's breaking the bead and levering them over, which can lead to marks.

A pry bar should not be used at all on fitting, just removal.

Finally got the new ally rad installed, new toyota thermostat in, new coolant and all now bled too.
Also got the new wheels out and snapped a few pics. Note the slightly different design from the 8j and 9j wheel with an et35. The rears being more sucken, which gives a more 'dished' feel, I like it!
Popped the front on too for SAG!

My Enkei RP01 are the same set up as yours, albeit ET38 all round. My 9x17s, like yours are 'sunken' in around the bolt holes to give that increase dished look.

The fronts in comparison to the rears are quite shallow around the bolt holes.

Care to reveal how much they set you back mate? PM me if you like, interested. No bother if not.

Awesome purchase, looking forward to seeing them on the car. Wish my RP01s were in as good condition as yours. Mine look tired, and a refurb is well over due!

It's my rears that have the more shallow bolt hole area. So opposite to yours I guess going by what your saying?
It's the spokes that are sucken on my rears and in turn means a more shallow bolt hole area. Hence the more dished look as the spokes and center are more 'in'.
On the 8s, the spokes are virtually the same level as the lip.

Your spokes are the same dimensions, but has more sucken bolt hole area for the rear for the increased wheel width.
Mine has the spokes sucken instead on the rear, hence why there's a more shallow bolt hole area.

Yeh 10mm 1/4bsp pneumatic 90 fitting, 10mm phnumatic hose for bleeding and 10mm pneumatic plug you see in the last pic.
