Carribean Blue 94 Rev3 Turbo tin top. PHOTOS OF SILLS ADDED.

Post by BlackpoolMR2 »

Hi dudes here's my 94 Rev3 Tubby
Having 4 cars is getting too much trouble & I don;t have the time to look after it like it deserves.

Text me or Whatsapp me on 07480253899. TIHS IS MY NEW NUMBER.

Bought it from RichieGTS who owned the car for 11/ 12 years.
Imported circa 2000.

Shows roughly 128k, was converted to miles when imported BUT the speedo is reading 10 mph over speed true speed it is possible that mileage is actually lower.
There is a switch behind the radio that converts the voltage signal so can be selected to MPH or KPH.

As expected the car is always warmed up and cooled down plenty.

I've only used V Power or Tesco momentum 99 & apparently so did Richie.

It has a folder with receipts etc, RGB manual and other stuff knocking about.

Also had all the old MOT's from when it arrived in the UK.

Car has been garaged for roughly a year now, started up and pootled round the block, hasn't covered any significant miles since the last MOT.

MOT runs out October 31st. Had new rear passenger caliper, hand brake cable fitted. Advisory for leak around the sump seal and a small stone chip in the windscreen but is not in field of drivers view.

interior wise;

Is standard apart form a nice Rev1 black roof liner. The plastics were silver when I got the car so I sprayed them black again. Didn't come out too well but is better than it was.

Replaced the plastic sill trim with genuine 10th anniversary MR2 ones.

Isotta D shape wheel and Isotta alloy boss. Boss is pretty cool, not sure about the wheel. If you want to put it back to stock there is the original Toyota wheel in the collection of spares.

Has an after market head unit too.

The engine is good it's not smoking or burning through oil.
All standard except for;

Apexi induction kit
Blitz Nur Spec & Blitz de-cat (cat is included)
HKS Type 0 turbo timer

It's had the oil changed every 6 months regardless of it being used or garaged.
Most probably is due a belt change in the near future.
Coolant flush, new thermostat & alloy rad fitted.
New Millers gear box oil ready to go in.

Body wise is reasonable,

The front bumper is pretty stone chipped as are the wings.
Drivers wing has a bit of a scrape just over the wheel arch, looks worse than it is.
Some slight bubbling around the windscreen.

Full amber JDM indicators and sidelights, a set of clear ones are included.

There is bubbling about 3/4 down the drivers sill & a hole where it looks like the car was jacked up on the sill.

There are small hair line scratches on the boot lid.

I've tried to be honest about the overall condition it's not amazing but it's ok. Mechanically it's always been good to me.

Wheel wise;

It's got a set of Advan SA3R's 16x7 front & 16x8 rear refurbed a couple of years ago in white with polished rim. New lettering & valves.
Falken's on the front & Toyos on the rear all the tyres are still road legal and should be for quite a while.

BC coilovers LIKE NEW with new droplinks all round! I fitted them for the last MOT as front shocks were knackered. They have about 20 road miles on them. The car will need tracking & balancing up.

Brand new set of EBC discs and yellow stuff pads will be included. These are still in the boxes, unused and never fitted.

I know that there isn't much MOT left I have put a lot of money into it with parts that are basically like new or are new.

Collecting the car will have to be done on a weekend. Because of work I'm only around for 1 weekend a month
.

I have a few boxes of spares in the garage too that comprise of original parts and niff naff bits that may be useful.

Hi guys I finally have a week off starting on the 15th. I'm taking the car down the my guy for a check over & possibly put a new MOT on depending on what's left. Once it's back hopefully all good I'll make sure that everyone gets chance to come view it if they wish.
I know you've been waiting a while but I only get 4 days a month at my house due to work. Sorry for delaying the sale for so long. It's difficult with the kids and the renovations on going.
