I did not perform a CO test after each fix/modification I did so don't know what's up with the 'confused'-emoticon.

In the end we did the following:

- replaced TPS (gave an error code)
- replaced MAP (gave an error code)
- replaced spark plugs (cracked insulators)
- replaced downpipe + all gaskets (leaky flex and broken bolt where the lambda is bolted onto the downpipe)
- cleaned the throttle body thoroughly

Good to hear you got it sorted Lauren, I was going to suggest the MAF needed cleaning as the paddle inside can become saturated and sticky over time and not adjust properly.

This would be my guess, giving faulty readings to the Lambda and the system is constantly adjusting to compensate. Just pleased to see it done and also you've given it a good service into the bargain :thumleft:

Thnx for your reply.
But the hurting never stops, does it?

Now I'm having a problem that my Autowatch immobilizer transponder doesnt work anymore.
My spare key with 2nd transponder does work.

So I have to relearn my main key I guess.

Also, the garage noticed an oil leak somewhere. I did notice that the last time I was lying under the car so I might investigate that in the near future. It's not huge but tiny little drops make for 1 big drop.

Will investigate if it's the distributor O-ring, cam cover seal or oil pan gasket.
All I know is that my oilpan is wet-ish and my alternator has some gunk on it.
