Remember that they are different depending on whether you have a 1a or 1b

If the diagram is accurate they are 1b ones as don't reach to centreline of the car and fit the 2 part splitter. The 1a ones are longer and meet in the middle of the car, with a one-piece plastic splitter underneath them.

102 Euros a side  ( eyes crumbling ones on 1a trackday car, wonders about fixing them and making moulds to produce fibreglass ones... )

Maybe worth the work. I´m sure You can sell them. They´re mostly rotten and I´m nearby sure they´re discontinued by Toyota like most of the body parts.

I've often wondered how well it would work if you got the whole valance/splitter assembly vacformed similar to an RC car bodyshell. It'd be lightweight, flexible (preferable to fibreglass that will crack when you catch it on a speedbump) and because it could be painted on the inside (dependent on how thick the material would need to be) it'd be resistant to the usual paint chips and scrapes that these parts usually pick up.

I suspect that if you tried to produce a vacformed part that size from the same material as R/C car bodies ( lexan/polycarbonate ) you'd need to make it a lot thicker to make it stiff enough - which would make it both heavy ( feel the weight of a crash helmet visor, then imagine something the size of the valance & splitter made of the same material ) and more likely to crack

...Indeed.
I think the AW11 Front Valance corners in a Composite, Diolen, Carbon/ Kevlar, etc, would be the way to go guys.

Anyone like to take it up, or get in touch with Good Old Paul Woods etc 

There was a guy on ebay last year offering a complete one-piece front end which included valance, splitter, and bumper - all done in grp. IIRC it was very expensive ( £500+ ) and there was only 1 available, which didn't sell

Auto Style front bumper solves the valence issue as it replaces them with one piece composite bumper skin

I've got something very similar that came attached to FEAM (Bumper and valance is one piece, splitter has left and right halves that bolt on). The valance part is rather rudimentary looking though, you probably wouldn't want it on a road car.
