Fibreglass can not and should not EVER be used on sills.
The area that will need replacing will be larger than the hole you've made and may even require inner sill work as well.
I doubt you'll find anyone that'll do it on your driveway that is worth their salt.
Find a local welder/bosyshop that is reputed and have a word with them.

I warn you in advance I had both inner and outer sills custom made (as they are part of the rear quarter and cannot be purchased on their own) and its not cheap. If memory serves correct it was around 4-500 per side for it all to be cut out, rust treated, new ones fabricated and fitted and then sprayed to match.
As Peter said do not under any circumstance fibreglass them
If your going to get them done, do it properly
By the way under the new mot rules this area gets checked very carefully so make sure it's done by someone you trust who doesn't just plate over the top of it
If the sill is that bad you put your finger through it I'd suggest that you get the car properly looked at to assess how much rust there is and get a proper quote accordingly

Yup circa 4-500 a side. Dont forget that you have to have them custom made and most of what your paying for is labour costs.
At a real push you may be able to get a cheap welder and x2 rear quarters for that price. However, bear in mind then you have to spend numerous hours doing it yourself not to mention spraying it up professionally. In the long term that method is a lot more expensive.
Theres no cheap or easy way around having the sills replaced. If they need to be replaced they need to be done

Rear quarters would be good could really stretch it out then for massive wheel widths but already brought wheels
Ford KA sills are meant to fit, although I've heard they take a lot of fiddling
I've also heard that MKIV Astra sills fit although I've never seen anything to confirm this, so I'd take that one with a pinch of salt
All in all they will take a bit of messing around with, and will never be as good a fit as cutom made ones.
Don't forget you have prep, paint, etc... work on top of everything else
If your going to all the work of replacing them; why not do it properly??
