Gmax Supersport Suspension(rebuildable) but want to at least get it lowered, also might have a leaky shock on the rear too that will need replacing anyway. Only used for street no track...(set will cost you around 250 new for all 4 corners) and some aftermarket springs if you want to go lower. Tein are very hard,spax and eibach much more comfortable.'94 rev3 NA, '92 rev2 Turbo forged, '07 Civic Type-R..(not inserts) from TCB for around £280 delivered.& turbo shocks, and do the turbo ones fit na's?..... Bear in mind no struts for the mk2 other than the yellow billies are actually designed for a lowered car but as I said if your not dropping much I wouldn't worry. Eibachs are supposed to be v comfortable, Fensports are hideously harsh, Teins very firm and low (better than the Fensports though but not really suitable to match with standard struts). I've also heard good things about TRD springs but they're like rocking horse poo to find./ rev1 na shocks from TCB £450/ rev1 turbo shock frm TCB £470 (anyone know the difference?).. Generally regarded as one of the most suitable setups for the road... never run them myself. Uprated damping over stock should work better with the firmer spring rates, better than oem at least...£200 EACH on Fensports site... Jeez. Maybe do springs then inserts one axle at a time... or stay with factory inserts... or go for black billies?(inserts) along with Tein springs. The springs are as many know quite firm indeed but the stance is spot on. The shocks on the other hand are some of the finest around. They know how to make suspension. I would highly recomend them. A little play with the firmness and you can match the springs pretty well.

They now supply their own Koni springs which i think are -30mm. The ones sold with the kit previously were another make. They are easily enough changed, but i got friends to help me as i am a crap mechanic

The Tein springs are -37 & -38 but the fronts drop allot more than they say! ..I was quite impressed for the money! .. but if you are modifying on a budget I would recommend the Gmax kit.£450ish. Otherwise save up a bit and get D2 or BC coilovers for an extra £150odd Like the kit's as i'd presumably get matched up struts and springs. Gmax £400 but don't know if I fancy 40mm drop, the Koni kit looks good but £150 more. Will have to see how aving the pennies goes, new alarm and stereo install first, dependant on if my rear n/s shock is leaking or not.....
