Sorry bud, honest answer is I was told but I've forgotten  - it wasn't a standard size...you should have gotten a flange with your wastegate, can you not measure the diameter on that?

I'll find out for you and come back :thumleft:

I'll double check still, and worth measuring the flange you got with the WG, but this should help:

Yea i did get the flanges and measured them up but as you say, the sizes was odd and the only pipe i can find is the 'Nearest fit' kinda thing. If you could find out that would be ace :thumleft:

Remember they're made by the yanks, so it's in imperial. My MV-S needed something like 1 and 1/8 or something like that.

..the only thing I can promise for sure is slow progress.

May 2015
just have this niggling thought that if I rip out the wiring, then the car will never get out of the garage again.

Still in the garage...

Same here. Can't wait to get it back and have it mapped. It's only been around 3 months since I started getting all the bits together but it seems like an eternity of waiting! I can only imagine what it must be like for all you big build guys that spend many months sourcing the parts and putting it all together. I wouldn't have the patience to wait and prefer instant gratification

Don't want to steal your thread but as well as fitting the new turbo etc Luke is also working on another mod which will be pretty cool when it's done

Well......she breathes! \:D/

Initial start up was today, she's off for running in on the dyno next week, then we're onto phase two of the project which I'm hoping will be done for the end of April when Dave will map the new ECU for me...

Getting close now...might even think about updating my old thread on her in the member's profile section :eye:

Looking good Ash :thumleft: Did you modify the mani for the egt ports or did full-race do it for you? I've got the same manifold/turbo set-up on mine!

I had the thermo couple bosses myself, then got the whole thing ceramic coated :thumleft:

How do you find it? I've not run this one yet- it does look freakin awesome on the car though

Can't wait to drive her...

It's being mapped on Monday  Not had a chance to drive it really since the rebuild other than running in miles but I must say the turbo was happy to spool from 3k.

I'm still on the standard crank so it'll be nice to compare against your 2.2

Good luck with that :thumleft:
Mine's running in on the dyno next week, then there's a bunch of stuff to do to it...really hoping to have her ready to be mapped for boost in May
