Looks awesome did your engine builder make you down pipe or was it brought as part of a kit? be good to see a dyno graph when its finished 2.2 on a gt30 is going to spool up quick

Nope- Matt at Rogue put the downpipe together, I specifically wanted it to feed back into the exhaust system to try to keep the noise levels down to track friendly levels...he's done an excellent job on it :thumleft:

The plan is to run the engine in on my old PFC, then install the MoTeC and a few other toys before mapping for boost...can't wait :)

Yeah- not bad for a wee baby turbo....well in comparison to the blower hanging on your engine anyway

Ash looks good!! quick question.. What size pipe did you use on the wastegate? I have the same WG but im not too sure what size fits best, i know the inlet and outlet are different sizes..

just have this niggling thought that if I rip out the wiring, then the car will never get out of the garage again.

I noticed the lack of flexi too, but wasn't sure if it'd affect it?

It's a good point, I guess the risk is the downpipe cracking as the two tubes expand to different lengths...we'll have to see how she goes I guess :-k

I've been collecting parts for this build for over a year now, and I may have gotten a bit carried away

There are some more pics of the mani in my garage, it is a piece of art =P~ and made out of surprisingly thick gauge steel
