its been a long time coming but its finally done.
well chuffed with result, i have carried out a complete build on the car spec as follows
Chassis:
Lowered on spax springs
Black bilstein shocks all round
New front drop links
EBC yellow stuff front pads
EBC drilled and grooved front discs
17 inch BK racing wheels kumho ecsta sports on the rear.


Engine:
A complete rebuild has been carried out which has included:
Forged wossner pistons
Cometic triple layer head gasket
Ferrera competition exhaust valves(full set)
The block has had a re-bore.
Head has been skimmed
Reground balanced then polished crank
Balanced and resurfaced flywheel
Balanced clutch cover
LSD gearbox and driveshafts from later revision mr2
Rebuilt turbo from turbo dynamics with a 360degree bearing, fitted with forge actuator
Magnecore ignition leads
Iridium spark plugs
3 inch mongoose exhaust system
3 inch decat downpipe with heat wrap
Blitz sus induction kit
Blitz fuel cut defender
Complete ST205 chargercooler conversion fitted with toyota pump and silicone coolant hoses.
New toyota gasket set fitted including crank seals etc
new oil pump (toyota)
Reconditioned starter and alternator
new cambelt and alternator belt
new thermostat
new cap and rotor arm
hose from hell plus most other coolant hoses replaced.
Clevette main and big end bearings
Braided clutch hose
MBC fitted
Chrome heatshield plus professionally painted charger cooler rocker cover and manifold.
New battery
New 02 sensor

Body:
standard other than uk spec front bumper strips
rev3+ rear lights
Smoothed aerial hole in spoiler (aerial in car)
Interior:
Apexi boost gauge
Chargecooler temp gauges
Kenwood cd/mp3 head unit with sony 6x9's plus JBL speakers in front doors

yeah...alright mate...no body like a big head.

:clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: only joking man...it looks mint, run it carefully, how long did it take you to do? there's a lot of work been done...have you retained the standard rods? I have a similar plan in mind for mine.

lol thanks mate, took me a year and a half on and off. moved house twice and had a baby in that time too!!
yep standard rods as i am guessing they are good for plenty of power?

what are you planning with your car?

i am running it nice and gently, the more miles i put on it the better it runs :mrgreen:

Unfortunately i think i am going to have to sell this now. :( wish i had the money to keep it!

Mate...you will just $hit if you have to sell this now...you won't fetch anywhere near the amount of cash you've lashed out on it.
