Hi Jeff

I'm installing one for a friend at the mo,

make sure you get good piping, something along these lines :

300PSI

you will also need 2 reducers for the cinqy rad to 19mm

Ps. its a lot easier with the piping if you remove the air con - the above doesnt :pale:

You definately have the expansion tank in the top pic, that should be all you need!

I can see you also have the sock attached aswell :thumleft:

Both the radiator and thermostat switch came from eBay Sellers

Radiator was £ £21.30 + VAT
Carriage £12.61 + VAT (if you live near newcastle go and collect!!!)
Total £39 incl VAT

from Advanced Radiators, Newcastle Tel: 0191 267 3312 so would try them direct. Ordered yesterday, received today and well packed so pleased :-)

Thermostat switch was £15 incl postage from some ebay person but TBH wouldnt mind knowing how much they are from Fiat as I dont think its genuine Fiat but aftermarket - not that I'm bothered as its just to fill the hole.

They were only cheapso have ordered from Toyota:

2 x 91631-60816 £0.98 each
2 x 90119-08870 £1.42 each
4 x 91511-B0825 £0.76 each
2 x 90105-10393 £0.98 each

These were a bit more pricey so looking for 2nd hand items...

78024-88480 Accelerator bracket £13.47
17871-88480 Throttle Body Support £31.17
12281-88480 Engine Hoist Hook £35.38

If someone could put a pic up of the last 3 items I#m looking for it would be much appreciated :-)
