Well firstly better say thanks to a few guys on here,
Firstly all imocers helping me out in the times where i was pulling my hair out (oil feed adaptors etc)
Luke at pacific for doing a good job at fitting eveything
Slipping clutch for a shoulder to cry on lol
And of course the magician of mappers ryan
HAd a really hectic start though and we came across a few issues.
Firstly the casr just wouldnt idle nicely, hunting and bogged down when hitting revs, ryan worked his magic and traced it to the fuel pump only recieving 9v rather than 12v
Anyway out came his soldering iron and soldered the relevant wires etc and Problem solved
Soonto the road and needed fuel, so pulled up and couldnt get the poxy fuel cap off So embarrising so then trotted to a friends work and pinched a huge pair of grips to undo the thing
And so onto the mapping, my first ever map so was nervous and didnt know what to expect when that screamer kicked in.
All i can say is wow, 3000,4000, 5000.......
Screamer screaming, chest pulled nicely, not too aggressivelyinto the seat.
Welli could get used to this lol
In comparison to the ct20, loads of torque and it just feels like its never going to stop pulling, comes in alot earlier than what i expected, actually not a huge amount different from the ct20.
Really really really happy.
Ryan did a very safe map, im not figure hunting at all at the minute, and he estimates its around the 320 330 mark whichj im very happy with.
Going to get it on the rollers of an evening when its nice and cool and set it up as it was very very hot today, and we were seing temps of 50 degrees
Overall really worth the stress sweat and tears, however when ryan left, alternator then spat the belt out at me so just fitted a new one
Really pleased and def recomend
Oh and screamer is an addiction lol
Cheers guys
Its mapped and boy do i love it!!

Good stuff dave, screamers really are addictive ain't they?! Love it! It's a great feeling when it's all mapped up isn't it, but at the same time, damn doubting!

Whats a screamer?
Re: Its mapped and boy do i love it!!
sounds like this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6K_JwyeiO70
Basically, your wastegate opens when up to pressure to release exhaust gases from the turbo, these are normally re-routed back into the exhaust,
however a screamer pipe is vented directly to atmosphere, so in effect is a second exhaust
result is very very louyd BErking noise lol

Hi bud, yeah see your map when he was on his laptop
Running 1.2 bar at the minute but with very safe fueling etc.
Temps were getting pretty warm towards the end of the map and so was left as it was,
Ideally it needs setting up on the rollers, will gain more power and better results, as the motorways were just alittle busy for our needs
Hopefully with the last stage of tune up at surrey rolling road, i should see around your power mate
As mentioned, ryan guestimated around 320/330 but plenty more to come
Imnot chasing power figures though to be honest, i just want lots of screaming and a helthy punchy turbo and engine

Well done Munnsy
Glad you got there in the end as i have noticed a few of your threads popping up with various problems!
Problem is, what's next? I'm sure if you say there is nothing to do i bet there is always something that will pop up that you will want to do.
