forget the redstuffs - go for yellowstuffs - they are proper track pads - redstuff are rubbish by comparison.

No they are absolutely fine - don't notice a lot of difference road or track. Certainly work fine from cold.

completely depends how you drive it.
Last time out I did a whole tank in 80 miles (but that was at Donington )
On the motorway get close to 300 miles to a tank.
Mixed driving is obviously somewhere in between.

Just put 12 months MOT on it - new steering rack gaitor was all that was required.
It's got to be worth at least the asking in parts alone.
Shame to start stripping it.

Cool, just watch the spring rates, some of the jap stuff are ridiculously hard & a real pain on the road (virtually undriveable at speed on a B road).
I've gone from std turbo suspension (too soft on track) to Tein HAs (far too hard on road) to Tein superstreets (just about perfect).

My 2p, I've tried a few different settings. I think you can get too hung up on the ultimate settings - make it handle nice & predictably, not on a knife edge, esp if you still drive on the road.
