I just bought a 3sgte Gen3 and the camshafts there are these references:

Intake: 88460
Exhaust: 88362

I believe that this is not original.

Can you tell me why there are these camshafts? And what does it bring to the engine?

If you know how an ABS functions, you will know that the maitre cylinder is not used for the pressure of braking:

MC -> ABS -> Pressure 4 wheels

and

diameter piston MC - > 7/8 (rev1)
diameter piston MC - > 15/16 (rev2++)

The MC do not control the force of braking but it is the ABS which automatically controls the force of braking of each wheel.
