Re: [All] [Turbo] Octane Booster
I use a turkey baster like the ones lesbians use to get themselves preggers
I pull in to the bit were you blow up your tyres, suck up 60ml from the bottle and put that in with 20 litres of Tesco 99 or that new one Shell are doing.
The difference is amazing, so works for me ![thumleft :thumleft:](./images/smilies/icon_thumleft.gif)

[All] [Turbo] Octane Booster
Hi, I have been using octane booster for a month or so now and just thought I would tell anyone who has not heard of it how good it is. The one I have been using is 22 quid for a 300ml bottle but could be cheaper ones out there. It will turn your Tesco 99 into 100 which I believe the turbo is meant ...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Adjustable cam pulleys
After a bit of research on here and elsewhere, I think I am right in thinking that there's a power gain to be had in retarding the exhaust cam shaft by 6 degrees. My question is, can you get this advantage with the standard ECU or do you need a remap and a standalone ECU? I'm thinking of doing this ...

I need to buy a water pump for my rev 3 turbo and don't want to pay dealer prices if i don't have to. Can anyone suggest where i can get one equally as good as the toyota one but for less money. I would imagine that there are good and bad ones on ebay. There may even be some on there that are the sa...

[Mk2] [Turbo] Bigger injectors
Hi, When you reach the 280- 300hp mark with relatively few mods to your rev 3 turbo maybe boost turned up, a better intercooler, fuel pump that sort of thing can you push it on a little bit more by using bigger injectors and a stand alone ecu.
Thanks.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

[Mk2] [Turbo] oem bov
Hi, i was just wondering if all the original and standard blow off valves in the rev's 1 2 3 were the same.
Or do i need a rev3 bov for a rev 3.
Thanks.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Suspension Swap
Thanks mate, Just one last thing i had a bit of a look on the search facility. And people talk about the rev1 rear subframe being changed by toyota because it would snap into over steer and catch people unawares, So we ended up with the rev2 + rear subframe with the longer tie rods. I read someone s...

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Suspension Swap
Should i use the rev3 turbo Suspension Strut Dampers along with the brakes and arb's.
I will also be using the engine from the turbo and all that that will involve in the rev1 n/a.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Re: [Mk2] [NA] front tie arms
I would have to check this tomorrow but I guess it's possible that one tie bar mounting bracket is further forward than the other which gives the impression that there's more thread showing on one side than the other.![](./images/smilies/spacer.gif)

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] Suspension Swap
Ah just the man! Well I've got the rev1 and the rev3 so I'm able to swap parts around between the two. Obviously I would like to take over the rev3 brakes, anti roll bars and suspension struts. I read one of your posts once where you mentioned the rev1 rear sub frame being quite good for track use, ...
