what to do with my old block and pistons

Post by mr2turbo99 »

Hi all, my blocks cracked so I need to either dump it or weigh it in. Is it worth anything up the scrappy?

as a rule iron/steel is around £100/140 per tonne so a block that weighs about 30/40kg is going to be worth a fiver.

Put some feet on it, stand it vertically and use it as a wine rack. You might want to clean it first, but you might not, your call

Spray it silver and sell it as a re-conditioned, then when they call you out get abusive and then pretend not to receive the engine back. Then wait for contact from Visa or Mastercard re-claiming the money.

Oh I'm sorry just make it into a coffee table.
