thanks for reply folks i've Finally found an abs ecu for the rev4! Ryan you mention in an earlier post to unplug the old abs euc and them plug in the new ecu whilst holding in your hand? can you talk me thru this and also will i need to reset anything after i've fitted teh new ecu inorder to establi...

Thanks again alan - yes i did tc to e1 as per the stephenmanson online guide but i just get a flashing p/s warning and the abs light stays constant so i assume the abs ecu is going to be the logical first port of call?

thanks thats what i have tried - so it makes no difference reading codes for the different rev of mr2?

it states at the bottom of the code list always on = ecu. Does the abs have a stand alone ecu? regards Fraz

Hi just stumbled across this post as I have the same problem. Please can you tell me which rev mr2 you had this problem on. I get the flashing P/S light but ABS light stays constant when i do the "paperclip" connection to read for error codes - my car is a 1997 which is assume is rev4? Als...

sorry was also going to ask about the rear cross brace - i assume this goes in the boot? where can i buy one? Do you think an uprated front strut is a worth while investment? Brilliant thanks very much for the comprehensive feedback -it's great to get pointers from those who have been there and done it.
