I would have but only got round to using one pair.

All engines will make different amounts of compression. It's the differences in pressure which should highlight a potential problem. Not entirely sure I've ever heard of anyone turning up and doing their own compression test on a car. Previously when I've sold modified cars nobody has ever done this.
Just checked an email from the guys who did the clutch. They have a feeling it could be the inner ring on the hub. I don't believe there is an issue with the sensor so it sounds like an issue with the recess in the hub.
It could be an issue with with either the sensor or hub - it needs to be diagnosed.
Yes the parts to do the rear brakes will be included in the sale.

The issue was with the clutch slave cylinder. The car had a new clutch fitted (Competition Clutch 6 Puk) and clutch slave cylinder at a cost of over £1000. There are no issues at all with the gearbox or clutch.
