(I think they're part number 91611-60818) :
The problem is the top of them are completely smooth and there isn't anything to get any purchase on, I keep tightening them up but they keep on managing to work their way loose!

Anyone know how to tighten the screws/ bolts in the steering column, shown in the diagram below (I think they're part number 91611-60818) :
