Giving my car a bit of a once over the other day, and noticed that the weld/metal around the top of the metal mesh-like sleeve at the flexi joint is breaking loose.
Is this simply a cover for the flexi joint, or the actual joint?
Doesn`t seem to be blowing or anything at the moment though, but I was wondering whether this would need sorting out?btw
- standard rev 3 down pipe and cat, but with a mongoose exhaust fitted. Also running a unichip and upped boost........?Is this a common problem?
Maybe I need to get the engine mounts checked in case its an engine flex issue?Happy new year all!
