[Mk2] [Turbo] mass headgasket to 3s-gte

I going to cahange 3s-gte gen3 original metal head gasket to flame rings and soft gasket.
Does anyone know any options to head gasket?
Does gen2 3s-gte or gen3 3s-ge soft head gasket fit to gen3 3sgte engine?
Which are the thicness of gaskets?
