Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] help with diagnostics
Have you got the key in the
'On' position and your immobiliser disabled?

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] help with diagnostics
Don't know what to suggest other than try it again, sometimes you need to push the paperclip down a bit further or give it a wiggle to make a good connection.

Re: [Mk2] [Turbo] help with diagnostics
fact is you havent connected it correctly dude.
you just need to keep trying and use other clips or a bit of wire.

On a more helpful note, though
- you are putting the wire in with the ignition off then turning it on?

I'd say pull the fuses and reset it, but that kinda defeats the object of looking for the codes as they'll be reset.

you bridge connections right on the ecu, if this fails to work you probably have a faulty ecu
