As per the previous run:
Warning - we have noisy cars and this is a peaceful village, lets arrive nice and sensibly and leave nice and sensibly. Once we are out of the village we can let loose with the dump valves and exhaust etc, however it is late at night so lets all be considerate when we arrive and keep the noise to an absolute minimum.

If we do them too regularly then they will lose their novelty, also this is the first Friday or Saturday that has a full moon before the end of the year. The idea is to do the run each time under a full moon. To do it on a weekday or a Sunday makes it difficult for people to attend due to work commitments, therefore it has to be a Friday or a Saturday.

I dont the point of putting the message 'lets try and be quiet with our noisy exhausts in the peaceful quiet village'.

I should be down for this if its not pouring and my fueling is sorted.

I assume you mean you don;t see the point.

The point is you can drive our cars quietly or you can drive them noisily, anyone who has had an aftermarket exhaust knows how to drive the car as quietly as possible. Given we will be there for around 1/2 hour making sure everyone is there before setting off, what I would wish to avoid is the Police coming along because someone has driven through the village with the equivalent of a stinger missle explosion coming from their exhaust and been reported. We are doing nothing wrong, but I would like to avoid the hassle of a 7 day producer or a car inspection, if we all get pulled for a car inspection then you can kiss goodbye to the midnight run as we'll be there until 3am having the cars looked over.

Its a secret. But its likely to follow a very similar route to last time, but maybe with a few more twisties in it, who can tell.... 8)
