Feedback

Maybe the wrong section but i wasn't sure where to put it.

I posted a wanted ad (Link) and managed to buy the item from Stefen (Link).

The service was second to none and I would like to leave good feedback. I found the feedback page (Link) and the 'Post feedback' 'button', but dont seam to be able to click or do anything from here.

How do I go about leaving feedback?

The sale has to be finalised (you'll see a finalised button at the bottom of the thread). When you finalise, you'll get the option of who bought it.

It wasn't a for sale ad, I brought it through a response to a wanted ad that I posted. There appears to be no finalise option for wanted ads?

Ahh, I see. Er, no there isn't - I think it would really be of limited use to people in general. :-k

If you get Stefan to create a for sale thread then finalize it for you as buying it, it can be done that way.

Guess I wont bother then

How would it be of limited use to people? It would be of just as much use as having feedback for the for sale section, a transaction is still occurring, just with the poster being the buyer instead of the seller

NM then

Yes - you can do, but this does make the system open to abuse (i.e. for-sale threads appearing and then instantly being finalised). I suppose we can let this happen, but everybody will need to make sure that people aren't just inflating each others reputation without any transactions actually occuring.
