my rev3 g-limited t-bar (N/A)***update 02/09/07***

Post by jess_rev3na »

hi guys. been after a t-bar for a while and i finally found one. its an n/a as i'm only 18. but rare caribbean blue, air con and econ and only 93000 kms i'm over the moon.

i have a few plans in the near future.

delimit
new rims
sort a few stone chips
red calipers
some carbon
and other little bits and bobs

as for the rims, at the mo they are tsw venoms  and are 15's. i'm thinking of maybe 17's. i fancy graphite/gunmetal or even bronze with a polished lip. what are my best choices of offsett's and width? i dont want the car any lower. i think the previous owner said it was about 10mm on fensport springs. hope you all can help.

Looks like a nice looking car there! IMHO - just what i think mind - i'd lose the venoms, i think they look awful, but then i've never liked them, on any car.

Hey mate. I remember seeing that on Auto Trader and was close to buying it to replace my 'tired' G-Limited. I thought on the ad it said 93k miles? Still, looks like a very nice example :thumleft: .

yeah it did say miles but the car isnt clocking up in miles its kms.

as for the venoms i said in the first post i thought they were  as in i dont like them. its a great car. the only problem is the interior bulbs have blown and 1 washer jet is not squirting. thats it. :D

thanks for the comment, i'm hoping someone will give me advice for the wheels, sizes offset etc.

well econ is the same as the air con but it has a cut off/on. it blows till its nice and cold in the car then the sensors tell the climate control that its cold and shuts off the air con. then when the temp goes up the sensor tells it to put the air con back on. so its eco friendly air con.

dont quote me on this but i believe it was only available on the g-limited jdm. :?:

Sweet car. 2 things I'd do:

Change the wheels
Smoked crystal front lenses

All in all, nice 2 8)

yeah the front indicators are on the list of jobs to do.

at the weekend my boyfriend mike painted the front and rear calipers red. they look sweet. he also fitted my new gear shift gaitor. black leather with red stitching.

i've also ordered a new shift knob, steering wheel and a carbon fibre rear panel. pics to follow guys and girls. :D

Sweet colour.

Do the calipers the same colour as the car, will look alot more blended rather then them screaming out in red.

Hey Jess,

Nicely chosen mods there. :thumleft: I see your from Leicester, not too far from myself. I may have to invest in one of those Carbon Panels..was it from Mart @ Racedesigns?
