i've used blackcircles a few times now - seem good and you can get them fitted at a local tyre place for an inclusive price.

See the premium members section for mytyres and blackcircles discount

Camskill are cheaper than MyTyres. I use Toyo Proxes T1R's all round. Very pleased with them.

Guys,

My tyre sizes are:

Front: 205,45,Z16
Back: 225,45,Z16

Are they good sizes to have on my rev1? Is it best to have the same size all round or bigger ones on the back?

Cheers.

Yeah but I think my alloys are too big for them. Having 16's is still alright though yeah? Handling should still be good with these?

So you are meant to have bigger tyres on the back? Makes sense since rear wheel drive! :)

225/50/16 SHOULD BE OK FOR THE REAR

What about 225/45/16? What dimension does the middle number represent again?

Cheers.

225 = width
45 = profile (ie sidewall height/wheel diameter or somesuch - basically the small the number here, the smaller the profile of the tyre, and generally more poop handling)
16 = wheel diameter

go with 225/50/16's

Ok cool, will do. So 5 makes all the difference then?

Can you get bigger than 50 if thats the depth so you got even more grip?

Cheers.

I have 205/45/16 on the front, and 225/45/16 on the rear. This is on a 16x7" rim on the front, and a 16x8" on the rear :lol:
